Gift Cards Purchase
For any physical gift card purchases, please visit House of Dawn Restaurant, Richmond. Only store pick-up available.For any gift cards to be purchased as prepaid, please use our E-Gift Card portal to proceed the purchase inquiry.
Return Policy
All gift card purchases are final sale and must be treated as cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss for gift cards passes to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay once the gift card is with the carrier.
Redemption
Gift cards are redeemable for food and beverages only at House of Dawn, Richmond, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Expiry
Paid Gift Cards: Do not expire and have no maintenance fees.
Promotional Gift Cards: May have an expiration date, which will be indicated on the card or communicated at the time of issue.
